His expertise spans revenue recognition, equity accounting, and mergers and acquisitions, ensuring clients navigate these critical areas with confidence. Tim works closely with companies across the technology, consumer and retail, manufacturing, life sciences, pharma, and healthcare industries, with a particular focus on SaaS, enterprise, AI, fintech, security, and digital health businesses. He also advises companies with international operations, helping them meet global financial reporting requirements and compliance standards.
