Sam joined Frank, Rimerman + Co. as a young professional accountant.  As a member of the firm’s Tax practice, she quickly rose through our ranks and has become a critical member of our team serving individual clients and their families.  Sam has extensive experience in helping clients in a broad spectrum of circumstances; from transitioning to wealth after a liquidity event and tax-efficiently transferring assets to family members, to effectively deploying charitable assets to improve our communities.

Sam’s thorough understanding of income, estate and gift laws enables her to make the complex understandable.  She readily gains the confidence of clients as she helps them to ensure their tax compliance needs are met while appropriate planning opportunities are considered.  Her dedication to her profession and in delivering quality and value to her clients is evident to all who work with her.
