Michael leads the firm’s Services for Businesses division and is a partner in the Assurance and Advisory practice, working primarily out of our Palo Alto and San Jose offices. He has extensive experience in auditing and advising venture funds, private equity groups and their respective portfolio companies. Michael is experienced in revenue recognition, equity accounting and mergers and acquisition transactions.
