For the past ten years, he has served his clients through their growth and maturation, ranging from pre-revenue through acquisition or IPO. John’s experience covers a variety of industries, including SaaS and high-technology companies, fintech, consumer products, manufacturing, and professional service companies. He has extensive experience in revenue recognition, complex debt and equity transactions and structures, consolidations, and international operations.
