Matt’s over ten years of assurance experience includes small to mid-sized privately held companies in a variety of industries, including development stage, manufacturing, software, and high-tech.  He is experienced in revenue recognition, equity accounting, accounting for complex debt agreements, foreign currency transactions, and the consolidation process. He also has experience in alternative investment partnerships. He is experienced in investment valuation and financial reporting requirements.
