Will works with early and mid-stage venture backed companies serving as their Director of Finance. He has served clients in a number of industries including software-as-a-service (SaaS), traditional software, infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS), mobile, computer networking, and internet (media, design). Will’s areas of expertise include managing startup operations, accounting and business process, month-end/quarter-end close process, financial statement preparation in accordance with GAAP, preparing reports for Board of Directors meetings, budgeting and monthly forecasts, equity management, audit preparation, due diligence, and acquisitions.

Will specializes in helping high growth clients navigate the operational and technical pitfalls as they scale and optimize their financial operations. He collaborates with his clients to help ensure that they are always audit and acquisition-ready. He has been instrumental in successfully navigating multiple clients through the process of being acquired.
