As a partner in our Tax practice, Scott works primarily with real estate and venture capital partnerships as well as high net worth individuals. His experience serving partnerships includes formation and dissolutions, mergers, real estate transactions, and state and foreign tax compliance.  His experience serving high net worth individuals includes family limited partnerships, wealth transfer, and gift and estate planning.
