Patti leads our Recruitment and Talent Acquisition teams with a 23-year tenure with the Firm.  She has partnered with leadership in designing entry-level programs to foster the development and organic growth of staff that serves the increasing needs of our client teams. The Firm is regularly recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in the Accounting profession and has received consistently high rankings for its Summer Internship and Associate programs.

In addition, Patti oversees program development for strategic talent acquisition across departments.  She has a dedication to creating welcoming candidate experiences and matching talent with the Firm’s culture and values. Patti is also passionate about Diversity and Inclusion measures that parallel the Firm’s value system and leads a team within the Values Forward Committee.
