Nathan has extensive assurance experience with venture-backed and closely-held private companies as well as multinational organizations in a variety of industries including SAAS, software and high-technology companies, consumer products, professional service companies, and development companies. His areas of expertise include revenue recognition, mergers and acquisitions, consolidations, complex financing accounting, as well as international operations and their reporting requirements. He also serves as a member of the Audit and Finance Committees of the San Francisco Art Education Project non-profit organization.
