As a partner in our Tax Practice, Deanna utilizes her vast experience spanning over 20 years of working with high-net-worth individuals and family groups to serve her clients.  Her client portfolio includes reputable venture capitalists, investment bankers and chief executive officers in the Silicon Valley and the San Francisco Bay Area.

Deanna’s experience includes complex partnership, limited liability company, fiduciary, foundation, and individual tax returns.  She works with her high net worth individual clients and their families to create ideal solutions for their income and gift and estate tax solutions, while also helping them achieve their wealth preservation, charitable and other financial goals.

Deanna not only ensures her clients are in compliance, but also provides tax planning to minimize their tax liabilities.
