Bryan is Partner-In-Charge of Frank, Rimerman’s Public Company Services Practice and Assurance Quality Control Group. He also serves as a leader in the investment partnership practice.  He helps clients in the industries of manufacturing, technology, life sciences and financial services. Bryan’s experience is diverse with a deep understanding of capital formation in the public and private sectors including, but not limited to, venture capital and private equity fundraising and investment, initial public offerings and special purpose acquisition companies.
