Tim is an assurance and advisory partner working out of both our San Francisco and Palo Alto offices. His expertise includes revenue recognition, equity accounting and mergers and acquisition transactions. He has 17 years of experience providing technical accounting, financial reporting, and advisory services to businesses in the professional service, manufacturing, distribution, software, and high-technology industries. He also has extensive experience working with privately-held, pre-IPO, venture backed companies, as well as companies with international operations and reporting requirements.
